Clinique Claims that its Lash Doubling Mascara-
“Magnifies lashes to twice their size. Thickens them to maximum volume. In minimum time. Unique tapered brush finds every lash. For bigger, better lashes. Ophthalmologist tested.”
For me, i rarely ever invest in high end brand mascara’s. See, mascaras are like flings, they last a short time, they are fun when they last but try and stretch them post what theyr intended to last and they turn dry in lesser than a second. Hence- my advice in mascaras is usually to go cheap. I got this one as a sample pack (Big size for a sample !!!!!) when my aunt when to sephora- they give these goodies away at sephora in sample sizes apparently .
Anyhow, i had read great reviews about this so i was quite excited to try it out and this is what i thought:
What i like about the Clinique lash doubling mascara
- Does not clump at all!!
- Does not dry out easily. I mean this was good for a year almost !
- The wand is nice- great thickness of the bristles and easy to apply with a sturdy handle
What i dont like about the Clinique Lash Doubling Mascara
- It doesnt do anything on the volume front. Zilch.
- All it does is elongates the lashes and that to not to a great extent. Definitely not lash doubling at all.

@indianmakeupways- I was really dissapointed…i mean yes there is lengthening but NO volume..
The wand looks very good. but I had used a Rimmel mascara which has a wonderful wand. True, even I feel investing in high end mascaras are nothing but waste. but to get them as free samples is always welcome
even i thot its a before pic..wasnt expected frm a brand like clinique…maybelline does a better job..
