You know how some couples have that luxury of just throwing a coin on a map, and choosing their honey moon destination based on where it lands? Well, if i were to play that game, i would do it differently. I mean, what if the coin lands in Timbuktu or something- no thank you, a coin is too risky. Instead , i would lay out all of the Nyx Soft Matte Lip Creams next to each other and pick one with my eyes closed- the name of the lip cream is the city i would go to. All of the Lip Creams are named after a major city: Amsterdam, Milan, Sao Paulo, Antwerp, etc. See how much nicer those choices are?

Nyx Soft Matte Lip Cream in Sao Paulo
Nyx Soft Matte Lip Cream in Sao Paulo is a bright, bright berry pink, and possibly the nicest bright pink i have tried till date. I know some girls can totally rock the bright pink lip trend, but usually i just find that pinks that are too bright just clash against my skintone. This one- is absolutely perfect, it looks matte and polished and still upbeat and out there. If you want to wear a bright pink lip, then i would really recommend this color

General Thoughts on Nyx Soft Matte Lip Cream
These are wet like lipglosses but give a stained, matte finish and lasting power of a lipstick. Inspite of the matte finish, they are not drying and the matte finish they give is incredibly polished.  They are incredibly long lasting (8 hours plus) but the problem with this is that they look great for 2-3 hours, but after that they settle into  lines and cracks on your lips, and you need constant retouches else the edges of the lips  fade away.

Overall Verdict: 3.5/5 or B+
Will I Repurchase: Yes

Price: Rs 600/-
Recommendation: Despite its shortcomings of how it  settles into lines in a rather unflattering way, i find myself reaching for these so often! I just love the bright matte effect they give and Sao Paulo is possibly the prettiest bright pink i have worn till date. The swatch really doesn’t do justice to how nice it looks- iv finally found a bright pink that works for my skintone!.
