Colorbar Lip Pot
Colorbar Lip Pot  Review
I have had a crush on coral since forever okay, i have been a devoted coral fan ever since the term was coined! While Miss Pink  and Mr.Purple have been the object of most girls affections, i have stuck to my Coral Cutie through bad times (like when they said Pink is the new black) and good times (like when J.Lo spent an entire season wearing only coral makeup). So its no surprise that the Colorbar Lip Pot in Coral Crush is right up my alley!

Colorbar Coral Crush Lip Pot
When i first saw the Colorbar Lip pot, i was a wee bit dissapointed. It doesn’t look too coral in the pot you see, more like a burnt terracotta orange. But on the lips its a different story- it is a very earthy kind of orangey coral on the lips. Not a bright in your face color that would turn heads, but a wash of syrupy earthy coral that instantly adds brightness to your face, without being overbearing. Corals always look great on Indian skintones and this one is no different. A lot of fair girls run the risk of looking like oompa loompa’s with bright corals, but this should flatter the paler pretties when worn lightly!

Colorbar Lip Pot: General Thoughts
Love the formula on these Lip Pots ! They are essentially pigmented lipglosses, have the texture of melted lipsticks, but still incredibly light on the lips. I like the cushiony, full effect they give – almost plumping up your lips a little bit and they really keep the lips moisturized for hours! I got about 4 to 5 hours of wear with the lip pots, which by the way is the maximum any lip gloss has worn on me (except body shop cherry glimmer which lasts like 7 hours!). The only pain point with these is the packaging- i dont love dipping my finger in to the pot, and i wish it came with a lip brush.

Overall Verdict: 5/5 or A+

Price:Rs 495/-

Recommendation: Definitely one of the best lip products iv tried this year, moisturizing, pigmented, with a great lightweight texture. Particularly this shade- Coral Crush which is going to suit a lot of Indian skin tones(specially medium- dark). The only downside i can think is the packaging, but otherwise- its a total winner!
