Why should you take cooking advice from a beauty blogger who is a disaster in the kitchen? Well i say, she is the best person to take advice from! Because if she can get it right , anyone can get it right! The ‘She’ in question is quite obviously me, and here is the super easy recipe for the Chocolate Crinkle cookies. I got these off of http://iowagirleats.com/ who is a really really fun food blogger.Do check out her blog girls!

Chocolate Crinkle Cookies Recipe

Makes 18 cookies
1/2 cup  cocoa powder (I use Cadbury Cocoa)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (I didnt have any, so i put in cinnamon powder)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup powdered sugar
1.  Beat  Cocoa , Sugar, Vanilla, Vegetable Oil.  Beat in eggs, one at a time, until mixture is smooth. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Mix into wet ingredients in 3 batches, mixing until just combined in between each batch. Cover the dough and chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight. (I only chilled it for about 3 hours)
2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius. Scoop out 1 Tablespoon dough, roll it into a ball between your palms and roll in powdered sugar. (There has to be a LOT of powdered sugar, your are not just covering them , you are drowning them)  Bake for 8-10 minutes (Mine were still not cooked in 10 minutes- but they were perfect in 12 minutes). When you get them out, if the are slightly mushy thats okay, they harden over time.. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.

One second left on the microwave. Eating time!!!
