Have you met the item number of all blushes girls? It might not be the lead actress like Mac Dollymix, and its definitely not the supporting actor like Nyx Tea Rose Cream Blush, but Lakme Absolute Baked Blush in Night Sheen definitely deserves a sizzling item number of its own. Why? Its my Malaika Arora blush- sultry, peachy gold , and shimmer to make sure your night is very exciting!
Lakme Absolute Blush in Night Sheen: The Color
A lot of you would think looking at the picture below, that this seems to be a total dupe for one of my MAC must haves- MAC Peaches Blush. But in reality, its a lot more sheeny (reflected in the second picture ) and more molten gold than the fresh, bright color that Peaches is. Night Sheen is definitely a night time blush- to be taken out when you want that added oomph and sparkle to your face. Im not a glitter monkey when it comes to Blushes usually, but Night Sheen has just the right amount of shimmer. It may look chunky when swatched, but on the cheek the shimmer really does not bother me. It just blends into the color without looking obvious. Me lovveyy!
Lakme Absolute Baked Blushes- General Thoughts
I thought the blushes were extremely pigmented and silky to touch . I would have preferred some more shades in them (2 of the 3 available are pretty shimmery and night time) , but i can see myself picking up Day Sheer blush as well. They wear a decently long time- about 5 hours. They could have been slightly more blendable, but thats just me being a little extra critical.

Recommendation: If you want a peachy golden night time blush, Lakme Absolute has you covered. Imagine MAC Peaches with bronzey gold shimmer which gives a glowing sheen on the cheek. Its not something you can carry of during the day but it paints a very pretty sheeny terracotta picture at night- very warm toned and suited for medium to dusky complexions.The baked blushes themselves are pretty good quality and value for money- i just wish the shades included more matte ones as well.

I just bought that blush yesterday. The counter girl sold it to me saying that it gave a matte finish and is good for day time wear. I am really disappointed to find out that its more of a night time wear blush. I was looking for a matte finish blush that I can wear to office. I have medium skin and I wanted something not too pigmented or shimmery. Can you recommend a good blush for me? I also use the Maybelline Apricot flush for night time wear. But what I am really looking for is a good matte day time blush. I have dry skin, I live in a very dry weather city, and I am in air conditioned place all day.

Mattee blush- dry skin- go staright for lakme kiss of a rose cream blush..it doesnt get better than that at that price!
