My take on Green Tea & Tangerine Aroma Bath Salt:

Imagine a thai spa treatment at an island resort, with the calming beaches in the background and the experience of …ok ok  I have never experienced the Thai spa treatment. So I should be happy that these spa treatment products are easily available to common ladies like me.

Soulflower Green Tea & Tangerine Aroma Bath Salt is a perfect product for my dry skin. My skin cries even during non-winter days, specially when i come out of my bath because my skin feels dehydrated and stretched and just awefully dry !!!

Following the usage directions of the product from the brand, I dropped 2 fists of Green Tea & Tangerine Aroma Bath Salt to my bathing water. I dropped it into a small mug and left it untouched for few minutes. I carried on with my usual bath routine. And at the end seeped in  this salt mug- ther ewas  a bright orange colored liquid with still some crystals in it which were still not dissolved. I added some more water to it and poured it on me. Gathered the salt crystals, rubbed across my skin. (ooops…!!! lot of orange in my bathroom). Then rinsed off the bath salt water. The salt scrub was very good on the skin. It felt as though I am scrubbing tiny soft balls on my skin.

After I patted my self I did not feel any difference initially but after a while i  noticed that I did not crave any moisturizer for my skin. My skin was happy and soft  the entire day .To cross check the performance of the bath salt, I skipped the salt in my bath the next day. Again, the dryness and stretchyness came visiting…!!!! And the third day I used the salt again in my bath. Voila….I needed no moisturizer. Now, I use this bath salt every day in my bath.

Green Tea & Tangerine Aroma Bath Salt looks bright orange in color and tastes terribly sour. If you have wound in your body, then bathing with this salt will cause the wound to burn like hell. It smells like a citrus fruit. The brand promises of relief from stress, muscle pain, body ache. No experience in this department fir me. It is just that I use this daily and my skin has a satin finish after bath.

Rating: A-

Price: Rs 350 for 400 gm

Recommendation: For  satin smooth skin this Green Tea and Tangerine Aroma bath salt is an excellent choice. It makes my dry skin feel super soft, supple and even moisturized after a bath and can make me skip moisturizers that day!!

color is so bright and tempting, Sodium bicarbonate also called baking soda which is used in cooking and preparation of soaps. It does taste sour.

Oh dear! You have just lured me into go shopping tomorrow. With winter almost here, and my skin turning into parched paper, I do need a good body scrub.
Thanks for the review
