Remember the Readers choice reflects the most ‘Popular’ beauty awards. They may not be the absolute best in their genre, but they reflect the best that most people tried in their budget and preferences which is an achievement in itself

TOO MANY DIFF OPTIONS TO LIST: Some say Maybelline BB Cream, Others Say Body SHop Lily Cole Lip and Cheek Dome Etc.
Summary: As compared to last year, it seems a lot more people experimented with brighter lip colors, a lot more people turned from MAC Virgins to MAC Lovers, and a lot more people could see through all the buzz and branding of certain products. We also saw an increase in number of responses for categories such as highlighters, and cream blushes which signifies that a lot more people now look beyond the traditional- kajal and lipstick route and are actually incorporating varied products into their routine. UD naked and Benefit High beam in here shocked me a bit. Sleek also shocked me but little. I love them but how many voted it based on used them?

i think UD naked was definitely one of those “It looks so good” thing.
True, also to look at it, how many eye-shadow palettes do we have available in India? Most of them are the trios or the quads. I remember Chambor used to have one sometime ago but discontinued. Sephora has these huge pallets but its just weeks into India and almost stripped to nothing. Stilla and Coastal Scent have the pallets but again not available in India. The popular brands for eye colors like MAC or Inglot don’t have a palettes and one needs to make an expensive one. Well thats how I look at it. Pls throw some light on it.
Well lakme and colorbar both have palletes- lakme has quads and colorbar has pallette…
Apart from that its the maybelline quad or inglot make your own pallette..
Yup, so I guess insufficient options made people go with the mob psychology
Btw we get most UD, Benefit, Stilla,Too Faced in Mumbai. So if you in Mumbai next you know where to head. 
for eye makeup, kajals and liners I completely agree.. I always wonder whats with MAC lipstics that everyone ga-aga over them until I tried…
MAC Ruby Woo is viral which is spreading really fast among girls, women.. Maybelline Colossal is economical thats why a HIT and its to rigid to remove thats a MISS..
I was waiting for results. Most of blogger have put down their liking for 2012, not what masses would like to go for… I think with these results I can make which one are worth trying. Good Job done Mehak..

honestly i don’t know what is the hoopla about Revlon’s lip butters. they travel all over the lips and the feel is like lip balms. i had got opportunity to try revlon’s just bitten lip balm or a shy lipstick as i call it. the stain stays put along with the ‘balmy’ feel ! i wonder when they are going to launch those here.

The Revlon colorburst is really the best gloss that we have right now, whereas was truly disappointed with Maybelline collosal kajal. It just didn’t stay long enough on my eyes and broke after 2 months of usage.
Will definately try the colorbar pretty please lipstick that has won. Surprised to see hardly any mentions of Loreal
