Deborah Milano Eyeshadow Trio in Hot Temptation: Swatches & Review

Guest Post by Ritika

Deborah Claims True, vibrant colour. Frosted finishes of dazzling radiance. The silky smooth consistency goes on evenly and the three shades can be combined every which way to create a breath taking array of effects. The product is formulated for easy blending, so colour can be applied either wet or dry to achieve the desired intensity and depth. Hypoallergenic.* Ophthalmologist tested.

This particular trio in Hot Temptation features 3 coordinated colors which look good when used for creating looks in accordance with ethnic outfits.

The first shade is a golden champagne shade. It has a lot of fallout when applied dry. This shade is best used for highlighting the inner corners of the eye as well as highlighting the brow bone.

The second shade is orange-y copper shade that can be used on the eyelids. It is decently pigmented. The golden shimmer present in it is smooth.

The third shade is a plummish brown with golden shimmer. It can be used in the crease. Decently pigmented and works great when used dry as well as wet. All the shades blend well.

These eye shadows can be used dry as well as wet as these are baked eye shadows. All the 3 shades are complimenting to each other and are decently pigmented. When used wet, these shades intensify a little bit. I prefer using them dry. The staying power is around 4-5 hours and can be increased with a primer underneath. The eye shadows are packed in a round burgundy colour lower body and have a transparent lid with Deborah written on it. The shade name and number are provided at the back of the trio. A dual ended sponge applicator is provided but it’s hardly ever used.

PROS of Deborah Milano Eyeshadow Trio

~A great trio with complimenting shades and looks great with Indian outfits.

~Decently pigmented.

~Hypoallergenic-Formulated to minimise the risk of allergy.

~The shimmer present isn’t gritty.

~ The shades blend well.

~ Can be used wet as well as dry.

~Stays for about 4-5 hours without primer.

CONS of Deborah Milano Eyeshadow Trio

~No mirror provided and the applicator that comes along if hardly of any use.

~The shades have fallout making the trio look a bit messy.

Verdict: B

Price: Rs 495/-

Recommendation: The Deborah Eyeshadow trio in Hot Temptation has 3 great shades that complement each other and create a cohesive , warm look. The shades have a bit of fallout but they are decently pigmented and stay for about 4-5 hours. At the given price, its not that bad of a bet.

I have this trio. i hate it. Glitter is large and junky and a lot of fall out when used dry. But the change is drastic when used wet. I wet the brush and use it. It stays put and becomes easy to apply.
