Brocato curlinterrupted Smoothing and hydrating shampoo and conditioner Brocato Curlinterrupted Smoothing & Hydrating Treatment Kit Review

Guest Review By Aditi P

Do any of you get yelled at by your mum for using too many hair products or shampooing your hair too many times a week? Well, I did. This was until I came across these little guys that I received in my May Vellvette Box!

Product Description: It’s a 100% surfactant-free,sulphate-free and parabens-free hair brand with a keratin treatment programme! Contains a high % of actives, including active keratin that softens and smoothens any kind of coarse, frizzy or curly hair.

My Views

When I learnt that I could use this on my hair without damaging it with any chemicals at all, it sold me right there! I have been using this everyday since the past few days and my hair feels soft, lustrous and extremely smooth!

Even though it doesn’t lather much, my hair feels fresh and thoroughly clean unlike other products that do not generate too much foam. Although I do enjoy products that come with a good fragrance, this line of products are scent-free and yet leaves me completely satisfied! It’s is slightly on the pricier side, but I’ll definitely be using this till I come across something cheaper that is completely organic!

God I love these shampoos! They cut out so much frizz from my hair that I have stopped using any other frizz control products. But you have to be careful while using them. Too much can lead to an oily scalp.

I got this with my Vellvette box too, and I love it, love it. I’m not sure about the shampoo (I oil my hair, and I’m not sure the shampoo is good at getting that sort of thing out completely, so I only use it when I haven’t oiled up), but the conditioner is fantastic! It even cuts down a little on my styling process, since I have less frizz to get rid of.

yes,and the conditioner lasts longer too.

Have never heard of this brand before. I prefer non-foaming products when it comes to skin and haircare. These sound awesome!

Was a part of my Velvette box too ! but i have chemically straightened hair .. so can i still use these products?

Well, they’re meant for curly hair – they might not have any benefit for you. It has no sulphates, parabens, so it can’t be very harmful – but beyond that it sounds rather useless. Is your hair coarse? It might be useful for smoothing.
