Revlon Colorstay in Nail Polish in Rain Forest

Have you ever felt a tiny bit wicked? You know, like when you see that last sparkly sweater in that store, and you see a woman making a run for it, you quickly stash it inside your shopping bag and run to the checkout counter to bill it first???? Or when you see those big inflatable bounce back toys in kids stores, you just want to beat the crap out of them? (No? Thats just me- i find them so annoying. When i punch you i want you to stay down ok)  Or when you tell your brother that the brownie mom got is over, but actually you have one inside your bag ! You know, those small moments of wickedness when your inner vixen is rubbing her hands and going ‘Muahahahahaha’ . Thats what you feel when you wear Revlon Colorstay Nail Polish in Rain Forest ! The color is just so wicked and evil, it makes me want to go out and do something to make my inner vixen proud !!! Till date though, i think the most wicked thing iv done is pretend to be a ‘Neha’ to score a blingy jacket for my youngsters party- Read story here

Rain Forest by Revlon is really not as boring as the name sounds. It a dark, rich, luxurious forest green with specks of  gold and olive green glitter. The effect overall is very ‘ Poison Ivy’ like – super stunning, super wicked and super sparkly. The polish itself is opaque in two coats, smooth to apply, and has a nice, glossy finish ! The gloss turns dull after day 3, and you see tip wear by about day 5-6 but overall, this is a pretty strong polish in terms of wear time and texture ! Also super quick to dry !

  • Opaque in two coats
  • Super smooth finish
  • Lasts for about a week so its quite long wearing
  • Quick to dry
  • Smooth and even finish

  • Cant think of any honestly

Verdict : A

Price: Rs 290 for 11.7 ml

Recommendation: Revlon Colorstay Nail Polish in Rain Forest is a gorgeous, deep forest green with gold shimmer which dances as it hits  the sunlight ! The polish is opaque in two coats, lasts for ages with very minimum tip wear and comes in some gorgeous colors!
