The Body Shop Vitamin E Facial Mist Review
Everyone is talking about facial mists nowadays so I was looking for a good and affordable one to try. I told the lady in the Body Shop store to show me a facial mist, as soon as she sprayed it on my face, it felt so refreshing and soothing that I purchased it immediately. The price is decent and the quantity is also good.
Product Description: A quick skin pick-me up and excellent for setting make-up. Spritz it on for instant refreshment, moisture, and protection. With a delicate rosewater scent.
My Experience with the Body Shop Vitamin E facial Mist:
The Body Shop Vitamin E facial Mist comes in a light pink plastic bottle with a spray nozzle on top to spray the product directly on your face. The packaging is convenient and the spray delivers a small amount of product which doesn’t make the face too wet. The mist doesn’t have any bothersome fragrance; the scent is refreshing and fresh.
I followed the directions directed on the pack and sprayed it after doing my makeup. After spraying, it blends completely into skin without leaving any residue behind. It dries in 1-2 minutes and gives a dewy glowy face. The spray also gives cooling effect to face so you can also spray it during summer to freshen up your face. It’s very hydrating that it would suit dry skin type but it also suits my combination skin completely. If you have oily skin then you can try it in the store, I think it will also suit oily skin but before purchasing do give a try.
It sets makeup completely and also gives a dewy finish. If you’re looking for matte finish then it’s not for you. It also repairs the dry patches around mouth and looks very natural. My makeup doesn’t look cakey now and it corrects my foundation too which is the biggest advantage. Now I wear makeup on a daily basis as this facial mist takes away the entire powdery feel and makes my makeup look very natural. It’s not heavy and doesn’t feel sticky after application. It sets my makeup for long hours in winters; I have not yet used it in summers as I bought it recently. But since the texture is soothing, I think it will be a great refreshing spray during summer. The quantity is huge and one bottle will last 3 months easily.
You can also use it to wet Eyeshadow pigments to intensify the shade. I also use it to moisten brushes/sponge before applying makeup so that my makeup glides smoothly. The only con I can think of is that it contains paraben and if you’re allergic to paraben then skip it. The price is also on the higher side but it’s worth the quality.
