Girls, you have just saved yourself the heartache you feel when you see someone’s shopping pictures from London splashed all across your FB. Well, atleast a bit of that heartache (nothing compares to having Topshop & Primark a stroll away), because some brands like Dorothy Perkins, River Island, Mango (coming soon), & DC Shoes now on Jabong !

Here are some of my favourite from Dorothy Perkins (this is a nice brand specially for people who want clothes that can multitask into formal office wear as well as going out at night. I like DP dresses specially).

That metallic dress on the left- OMG. I know some people would wear sunglasses and go ewww, but if worn right it is a total head turner- just don’t have an occasion to be that glitzy at the moment. Also love the romantic ruffled tops in grey and shell pink. The soft pink top with crystal detailing on the sleeve is completely Mehak material and the white dress is a classic example of ‘can wear to work- can wear to party’ outfit.

Pricing: Pretty decent actually. Some of the dresses are under 2500 !

River Island prints are super fun, and I am in complete love with the orange jumpsuit on the right (The boy says it looks like US prison uniform, but he doesn’t know anything so his opinion doesn’t matter). That skirttt…so chic ! Kind of reminds me of race cars and F1 haha!!

Pricing: River Island has been priced at a little more than what I expected, but still worth checking out!

I loved the jumpsuit at first look too! But now that you’ve mentioned the US prison look…that is ALL I see now! Damn it, outfit ruined for me! LoL

I like grey ruffled top, chic it is!

The orange jumpsuit does look like prison uniform. However, we do rock black and white striped clothes here so, it doesn’t matter :P
River Island is a little too pricey. Maybe during sales it would make sense but as of now, nah.

That jumpsuit is perfect, love it! Nothing’s more exciting than fav brands showing up in the local market.

Dorothy Perkins is such a great brand for swetaers, cardigans and dresses. I’ve got some of my best buys from DP. Also, River Island has a lot to offer in terms of both clothes, accessories and perfumes. Got a little River Island perfume in my bag. Mango has been in India since a couple of years, and I find it best to shop from their stores.
