I think tomato for tan removal. It works SO well and even though I hate tomato (like uncooked salad tomato I find it so icky I can never eat it), this is the only time I come close to it. Basically just cut open a tomato and rub all across your face and keep rubbing for about ten minutes or so. Do it for three days straight and immediately you see a difference

I apply thin layer of besan/gram flour, pinch of turmeric powder & cold milk mixture & leave it on till it completely dries and then rinse it off. This not only brightens the skin but also works as a scrub and tightens the skin. I use this pack 3 times a week.

My mom and me call this the “Raam-Baann hair pack”. This hair pack is a mix of 2 tbsps olive oil, half a stem of fresh aloe vera gel  and 2 tbsps of curd. Mix all of these together into a pack and generously slather onto hair and scalp. Rinse off after an hour or so for superbly shiny and smooth hair.Picture1

I ritually rub raw tomato every second day on my face and body for a natural bleach and an amazing glow. I’m also very prone to acne so I make sure I have Multani mitti (Fuller’s Earth) along with me.
