By now it is kind of obvious that I had gone a little crazy with Revlon Parfumerie Scented Nail Enamel and bought a few of these. If you don’t know what I am talking about then you should check out my reviews on Wintermint, Autumn Spice & Fresh Linen shades from this range. I was quite intrigued with the idea of wearing new scent everytime I change my nail color. The nail color in question today is Revlon Parfumerie Scented Nail Enamel in Moonlit Woods.

Color: Moonlit Woods is a beautiful lavender-purple color with metallic finish. I was quick to grab this color as I don’t have anything similar in my nail polish collection. Though the color is gorgeous, I think because of the metallic finish, it leaves behind  visible brush strokes.

Application & Texture: On my nails, I have used two coats of the color to get opaque finish. Texture of this nail polish is smooth and goes on evenly. It is well pigmented, hence I didn’t have to layer multiple coats.

Drying & Lasting Time: Moonlit Woods like other shades from this range, dried quickly between coats and it lasted for about 4 days on my nails before it started to chip at the tips.

Packaging: I adore the packaging – stout bottle which does kind of resemble perfume bottles and it looks pretty. The brush is on the thinner side, but it is efficient.

Fragrance: Moonlit Woods has sweet caramel scent and I totally loved it. It is neither too strong nor too mild, it is just perfect. Though the scent faded with each day passing, it did last longer than Fresh Linen.
