Every bride works hard to look perfect on her wedding day. Months of planning takes place to select the lehenga, jewellery and bridal look. Makeup can make or break the entire look, so its important to get it right. In this volume of #BridalMakeupBreakdown, we’re decoding Real Bride Pragya‘s wedding makeup with the help of her makeup artist Tejasvini Chander. Take notes girls.
Tejasvini says, “I started with a hydrating Primer Makeup Forever Step 1 Skin Equalizer and then moved to foundation. I mixed the shades N120 and N125 of the Makeup Forever Ultra HD foundation. For concealing, MAC Prolongwear in NC 30 was paired with Bobbi Brown Tinted Eye Brightener in #7. The high points of Pragya’s face were highlighted using BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector in Opal (liquid) topped with Champagne Pop (Powder) to set it in place. The Kat Von D Shade & Light Palette was used for contouring. To give her cheeks a healthy flush of colour, I mixed Rose Nuance and Peach Nuance blush from Estee Lauder.
For her lips, I decided on MAC Rubywoo. Coming to the eye makeup, The Body Shop Brow & Liner Kit in Dark was used on the brows. The eyeshadow palette I used was Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette. The shade Red Ochre in the crease, Cypress Umber in the outer corner and Primavera on the main lids. Her eyes were lined with Maybelline 24H Gel Liner in Black and false lashes Ardell Demi Wispies completed her makeup. Makeup Forever Mist & Fix was used at the end to set the bridal makeup. ”
