When we first saw Real Bride Sakshi, we were smitten. That gorgeous mathapatti, flawlessly glowing makeup and the half up-half down hairdo. Every aspect of her look came together so perfectly. Read on for a makeup masterclass with her makeup artist Anjie Gogna.

Anjie says, “The first step was to prime the skin with Guerlain Meteorites Perles Light-Perfecting Primer so that Sakshi’s makeup lasts longer. Then I moved on to concealing under-eye darkness with ArtDeco Camouflage Cream in 06 and Kryolan Supracolor foundation for a natural-looking even base.

I used the Make Up For Ever Sculpting Kit for highlighting and contouring. If you’re new to strobing, try making a fish face by sucking in your cheeks, the resulting indentation is where the darker contour shade has to be placed. The blush used in this look is Guerlain Blush Duo in #17 Smile.

Moving on to the eyes, I started off with Sakshi’s eyebrows. Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz is my go-to brow product. The formula isn’t waxy but smooth and creamy, there’s no tugging when applied. The silvery – grey eyeshadow was from Guerlain Ecrin 6 Couleurs in #10. I lined her eyes with Benefit They’re Real Gel Liner and finished off with a generous coat of Benefit They’re Real Mascara. This mascara adds a ton of drama to the lashes without clumping or flaking.

I wanted to give her a bright pink lip that would complement her attire so I used Happy Skin Moisturizing Lippie in Shut Up and Kiss Me. If you want to go for nude lips instead, I’d recommend Happy Skin Moisturizing Lippie in Style Icon. And with that she was all set. ”
